Proposed changes

We had to fix and correct further the Routing of Applications. There was an edge case of Workspaces without Default App, and users may end up in an endless loop.

• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• Documentation Update (if none of the other choices apply)
