Hi, I have added sample unsupervised ML for reviewing resumes here (19) which is very low. followings are findings: erfect! The script ran successfully with the enhanced skill dictionary. Key improvements:
Skill Extraction Enhancement:
Now extracting 3-31 skills per resume (previously 1-17)
65 total unique skills identified across all resumes (previously around 40)
Better coverage: Priyansh Resume now shows 31 skills, Naman Gupta shows 22 skills, Resume_NAVNATH shows 24 skills
Improved Clustering Results:
Better Silhouette Score: 0.1778 (improved from previous 0.1304)
Still optimal at k=3 clusters
More meaningful segmentation based on richer skill profiles
Cluster Insights:
Cluster 0 (79%): Mixed roles - Developers, Software Engineers, Managers
Cluster 1 (16%): Data Engineering focused - 2 Data Engineers + 1 Developer, all in Pune
Cluster 2 (5%): Specialized Analyst with Master's degree in Bangalore
