The following files are what is required to be implemented by Backbase (Probably in mvn). I have written the pseudo code based on our previous discussions. Initially we talked about scripting this, but I think it would be better carried out in your repos alongside your other gitops processes.
The end output is a folder that looks like apim_templates but with your apis in it.
The policy xml has not been tested and is more pseudo code too.
