Hi!
I really like this plugin, but I was having some difficulties using it so I thought I'd share my fixes.

First, I think having project specific setting overrides is good. That way you can have special settings for that special project (e.g I don't always want c++11)

Secondly, I just couldn't get rid of a certain warning (don't know why clang complained about it), so I thought of just filtering these out.

And lastly, since I work on a small laptop, it's beneficial to have the panel hide again, once I've fixed all the issues in the code.

These are the reasonings behind this pull request which I hope is beneficial to your project.
