Owner

Adds the project hero banner to the top of the README.

 • Commits the banner as assets/knowledge-rag-banner.png (renamed from the initial Knowledge-Rag.png upload to match lowercase-kebab convention and the README reference — the mixed-case name would 404 on GitHub's case-sensitive renderer).
 • Inserts a centered
<img …>
at the very top of the README, above the # knowledge-rag heading.

Docs/asset only — no code, no API-surface change.

Note: the banner art still reads "20 format parsers" while the repo now ships 35 (see #194 / #202). Kept as-is per owner decision; to be refreshed on the next banner revision.

Greptile Summary

Adds a centered project hero banner above the README title.

 • References the new banner through a repository-relative, lowercase-kebab-case path.
 • Adds the corresponding PNG under assets/.

Confidence Score: 5/5

The PR appears safe to merge.

No blocking failure remains.
