Previously it was named "DRFPaper", but due to some specific Paper PRs and changing of the project goals it was renamed to TokyPaper

The purpose of this project is to allow plugin devs to use less hacks while making custom content (Biomes, DimensionTypes, various Features etc.) in their plugins. This projects uses and improves some Paper PRs.
