After reviewing this PR, it mainly includes minor styling adjustments in the form of border-radius, shadow effects, and hover animations. These types of changes, while important for UI polish, don't require substantial effort or complexity.
I am updating the level for this as a Level 1 task (10 points). The changes are minor CSS changes and do not involve significant coding logic or new feature implementation, which are typically considered for higher-level points.
