This is a WIP, but I wanted to open this pull request and its code so I don't loose track of it.
This pull request tries to collapse the CLIs defined in each package to a single CLI for everything. Right now it's just moving the inividual CLIs into their own subfolders as commands. There's definitely some refactoring needed, since we are more easily able to share some of these functions between the different commands.
Additonally, this pull request adds a few new commands to the Node.js based CLI:
config,parse,lsp, andplayground.
