In #540, a "fix" was made for the TypedArray prop cache not being properly cleaned up when the runtime goes away or gets refreshed. This worked for the current project, but I found mrousavy/react-native-mmkv#519 which is a much better fix.

Also, colliding caches in github actions was fixed by removing
mainbranch as a trigger for0.xchanges.
