Writing this so we have a point to refer to prior to the blog changes which are fairly wide ranging and involve a lot of deletion.

Animate Training script

The very first release of this project - we provided an animate_training.py script that produced cool animations of neural network swarms training on simple functions in 1d.

We're removing this cmdline functionality to simplify the research process going forward
