Implementation
This fix adds a new criteria, SpecialTauntWeaponDeployed (name could be changed). This allows the Robot Soldier, demo wolf and frankenheavy taunts to proceed, while allowing special voicelines in the Soldier and other classes, like zombie scout, haunted hat scout and undead archimedes medic, when they have deployed a "special_taunt" gun (atomizer or amputator). Kinda hard to explain for me so just check the videos and the original issue

Caveats
Sadly, this doesn't work with war paint weapons. I haven't do research yet. Also, this doesn't fix some kill taunts being overriden by the thriller taunt
