This change adds the
PartitionedCookie flag, which is necessary in certain situations. This will usually be the case in the combination "SameSite=None;Secure;Partitioned".I haven't really tested this change yet, as I'm not yet familiar with Matomo's build system. So far, I've always added this change manually to the matomo.js file. But I think this will be interesting for other sites too.
As I haven't tested this change yet, I'd like to ask someone who is more familiar with the Matomo system to do it.
