Display conversion attribution in visitlog (tooltip)

Description:

Conversions can have different attributions than visits. Those values are currently tracked, but aren't visible anywhere in the UI.
While attributions for goals where already included in API responses, this was not yet the case for ecommerce conversions.

This PR adds the missing attribution information to ecommerce conversions to API responses.
Furthermore the attribution information will now be displayed for all conversion types within the action tooltip in the visits log.
