This PR adds two currently unknown Ecowitt sensor types as well as adding the ability to optionally suppress some of the logging that occurs if debug=1. In short, it gives the user more control over how much is logged if debug is set.
Tested vs v5 pip on Ubuntu 24.04LTS beta vs. Ecowitt WH31B, WH32, and WH51 sensors.
