Use template callbacks for folder activate
Fix conversation display
Add ticket to transition the conversation list view to listview instead of listbox

Close #245

We don't use the nightly features anymore, so we can fall back to something more stable.

This should allow us to use composite template initialization

The composite template initialization doesn't need it.
