Improve consistency across pacenote files

Removed empty lines from pacenotes.
Unified formatting in to md style content.
Applied consistent file naming.

Interesting, because I actually went for txt files with DR2 because they will be rendered by GitHub with line numbers.
My use case was having a friend drive the car, me sitting next to him and reading directly from the repository using the GitHub Android app. It's hard to keep track of the position when swiping to scroll. How do you use the notes?

I agree though, the formatting should be the same throughout the repo. Blank lines are probably unnecessary with line numbers. Markdown would work for me, but I don't think GitHub supports text block with line numbers, does it?

+1 for consolidating file names.
