Azure Voice Live realtime sessions were priced at the model's normal rates. Azure bills Voice Live turns at separate rates, and charges Azure Speech audio (speech-to-text, standard voices, custom/personal voices) differently from the model's native audio. This PR prices Voice Live turns at their own _voice_live rates, including the audio split.
Changes
Marking Voice Live sessions: When Azure opens a session on the Voice Live endpoint, it sets a new BifrostContextKeyRealtimePricingSurface context value. The realtime turn pipeline copies this onto the response as ExtraFields.PricingSurface = voice_live. The request type and service tier exposed to plugins and logs are unchanged.
Voice type tracking: The realtime session now records the voice's type (azure-standard, azure-custom, azure-personal, and so on) alongside its name. It reads the type from both the top-level session.voice and the nested session.audio.output.voice. A string voice clears the type.
Speech audio split: New standard_speech_audio_tokens and custom_speech_audio_tokens usage fields mark the part of audio_tokens that Azure Speech handled. They are carried through the chat usage, responses usage, JSON marshal/unmarshal, usage merge, and the chat↔responses conversions. applyVoiceLivePricing fills them in:
Output audio from an Azure standard voice counts as standard speech. Output audio from a custom or personal voice counts as custom speech.
A model that doesn't hear audio natively (model name without realtime) has its input audio counted as standard speech, since Azure speech-to-text transcribes it, and speaks through Azure text-to-speech.
Cost calculation:
Text input, text output, and cache-read rates use the model's flat _voice_live rate when the turn is a Voice Live turn.
A new audioTokenCost helper prices audio in three parts: standard speech, custom speech, and the remainder at the audio rate.
Every _voice_live rate falls back to its normal rate when unset. Turns not marked Voice Live ignore these rates.
Nine new pricing fields: Input/output per token, cache read, input/output per audio token, and input/output per standard and custom speech audio token, each with a _voice_live suffix. They are wired through:
datasheet entries and options
TableModelPricing
a new configstore migration, add_voice_live_pricing_columns
pricingSyncUpdateColumns, so datasheet re-syncs update them
pricing override patching
the OpenAPI PricingPatch schema
the UI override form and types
Docs: The model catalog architecture page and the custom pricing page now cover the new fields.
Trade-offs:
Custom speech input is not detected, so it is priced as standard speech.
Whether a model hears audio natively is inferred from the model name containing realtime.

The pricing-surface marking by the Azure provider.
Voice type tracking and audio splitting in the realtime pipeline.
Cost calculation, including fallback to normal rates and ignoring _voice_live rates on non-Voice Live turns.
Override patching.
Pricing sync persistence.

To check by hand:
Create a pricing override with the _voice_live fields in pricing_patch. A new e2e collection case (291) covers create, list, and delete.
Run a realtime session against an Azure key with UseVoiceLiveEndpoints enabled.
Confirm the turn cost uses the _voice_live rates, and that a session on a regular Azure OpenAI endpoint does not.
No new environment variables. The migration adds nine nullable columns to the model pricing table.
Screenshots/Recordings
The pricing override form has nine new "(Voice Live)" fields in the audio group. No screenshots attached.

The new columns and usage fields are optional and nullable. Existing pricing and non-Voice Live turns are priced exactly as before.

📝 Summary
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added Azure Voice Live-specific pricing rates for text, cached input, audio, and standard or custom speech tokens.
Voice Live rates can be configured through pricing overrides and are applied to eligible realtime usage. When a Voice Live rate is unset, the corresponding standard rate is used.
Realtime usage details now include standard and custom speech audio token counts, and identify when Voice Live pricing applies.
Documentation
Documented Voice Live pricing fields and how rates are applied, including fallback behavior.
The change marks Azure Voice Live realtime sessions, records standard- and custom-speech audio token usage, and adds Voice Live-specific pricing rates. Pricing rates are persisted and exposed through override APIs and the UI. Cost calculation applies configured Voice Live rates, with fallback to normal rates when a Voice Live rate is unset.

Preserve the cached-audio and uncached-text split before pricing input audio.
Azure Voice Live exposes cached audio and cached text as separate billing categories. The current mapping keeps only aggregate cached_tokens and audio_tokens. When those categories overlap, this block prices cached audio at the uncached audio or speech rate and subtracts it from uncached text pricing, while also charging the cached-token rate. Carry the cached-audio or uncached-audio count through the Azure usage mapping, then apply the audio rate and text deduction only to uncached audio.
