The Warp e2e Postman collection now authenticates its /api/ calls with a setup token. Without it, the Warp newman run cannot call setup-protected endpoints on a Bifrost server that requires the X-Bifrost-Setup-Token header.
Changes
Added a setup_token collection variable to the Warp collection. It defaults to bifrost-e2e-setup-token.
Added a collection pre-request script that upserts the X-Bifrost-Setup-Token header on any request whose path starts with /api/. Requests to other paths, such as provider routes, are left alone.
Updated build-warp-collection.mjs so the generated collection matches the checked-in JSON. It now declares the setup_token variable and appends setupTokenPrerequest() (imported from lib/collection-builder.mjs) to the collection pre-request events.
Updated run-newman-warp-tests.sh to read BIFROST_SETUP_TOKEN, falling back to bifrost-e2e-setup-token, and pass it to newman as --env-var setup_token=....
Design note: the header is only added when a token is set, and the token can be overridden per run through the environment without editing the collection.

How to test
Run the Warp newman suite against a server that expects the setup token, then confirm the /api/ setup requests succeed.
# Run with the default token
./tests/e2e/api/runners/individual/run-newman-warp-tests.sh
# Run with a custom token (must match the token the server is configured with)
BIFROST_SETUP_TOKEN=my-custom-token ./tests/e2e/api/runners/individual/run-newman-warp-tests.sh
# Regenerate the collection and confirm it matches the checked-in JSON
node tests/e2e/api/runners/build-warp-collection.mjs
git diff --stat tests/e2e/api/collections/bifrost-v1-warp.postman_collection.json
Expected: the setup requests to /api/... include X-Bifrost-Setup-Token, and the regenerated collection shows no diff.
New environment variable:
BIFROST_SETUP_TOKEN: the token sent in X-Bifrost-Setup-Token. Defaults to bifrost-e2e-setup-token.

Security considerations
The default token is a fixed, non-secret value meant only for local and CI e2e runs. Do not reuse it for real deployments. The header is attached only to /api/ paths, so it is not sent to provider-style routes.

📝 Summary
Summary by CodeRabbit
Chores
API test requests now include a setup token when applicable.
Automated integration tests allow up to 180 seconds for the gateway to start, up from 60 seconds.
Image-generation integration tests now use gpt-image-1.5 for cache scenarios.
The Warp Newman runner passes a setup-token value to the generated collection, which adds the token as a header to qualifying API requests. Semantic-cache image requests now use gpt-image-1.5. The API integration script allows more time for gateway startup, and Newman runner scripts resolve Bash through env.

The generated collection defines setup_token and combines its existing pre-request script with setupTokenPrerequest(). The Newman command passes the final SETUP_TOKEN value. The collection adds X-Bifrost-Setup-Token when the token is nonempty and the request path starts with /api/. An earlier BIFROST_SETUP_TOKEN assignment is overwritten before use.
The image helper and X10 and S25 collection requests use openai/gpt-image-1.5 instead of openai/gpt-image-1. The runner description now names gpt-image-1.5.
