  1. Add a JMX interface to control the profiler 

    The proposed modifications add an interface to control the profiler that is exposed
in the MBeans tab of a JConsole. Unfold the org.inmemprofiler.runtime node, then the
ProfilerAPIMBean one. The available operations are :
- beginProfilingJMX		: fill the p1 parameter with the profiler parameters string
- endProfilingJMX
- beginPausedProfilingJMX
- pauseProfilingJMX
- resetDataJMX  		: force profiler statistics reset
- outputDataJMX 		: force profiler output
