Partial support seems to have landed in 122: chromium/chromium@8f76134
Support was extended in 126: chromium/chromium@c9d5097#diff-28fd91f778c224914aede4eee2a04b9469d9b21e086b6eccd52bf417ea6bd275R23316

Since we haven't heard back from Chrome DevRel engineering, I think it's fair to assume the data is correct, and Protected Audience shipped in Chrome 127/128.
