Adds an index of all DNR examples to all DNR examples
Motivation
Make it easier for people to find other DNR examples to get a better understanding of its capabilities and usage.
Additional details
Ultimately, the main (auto-generated) index of the DNR examples will be on MDN at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Add-ons/WebExtensions/API/declarativeNetRequest#example_extensions . But people may be arriving in these samples from other places, so it is helpful to show links.
