10.21.01 is no longer supported.
I suggest to only talk about Mx 10.24.0 LTS.
(Although I'm sure talking about 10.21.01 or above is technically correct)

Let's say
Module version 4.1.1 was a special release intended only for Mendix version 10.21.0. Since 10.24 is the LTS version thsi version is no longer supported. If your app is on Mendix 10, you need to upgrade your app to Mendix 10.24 and use OIDC SSO module version 4.1.0, version 4.2.0 or higher.
