Added public module version to be used by bookx

v0.9.9-beta.1

• Reduces the use of globals.
• Uses the bootstrap css / javascript and icons, so a lot was deleted from the css / images folder (but this release will only work with zc155. Bellow one has to add bootstrap. )
• Added some extra functionality to import authors description and image,
• Ability to manipulate images ( books and authors images).
• Added a option to import / export rewards points ( Still testing)

Note - Not tested with zencart 156

EP4 BookX - One Language

This version only imports one language, and it's base on EP4 0.31 version. Possible to review later to have a version that just imports only language, so, less querys for those who dont' use more languages.

EP4BookX-0.9.0-beta

Initial testing release, to check if all the updates / inserts bookx fields are ok.
Been tested with 864 bookx uploads, and some after changes bookx fields, such as ISBN, author, Colections, etc...

Only one default language , only assigns one author and one genre.
