fix(theme-classic): highlight dropdown navbar item when a child is active - #12642
The change adds shared pathname matching for dropdown children. Desktop and mobile dropdowns use the result to apply an active class to the parent link when a matching child exists and the dropdown is collapsed.
containsActiveItems checks child items against the local pathname using path, regex, and configured prefix matching. Tests cover matches, non-matches, empty lists, and trailing-slash equivalence.
Desktop and mobile active classes packages/docusaurus-theme-classic/src/theme/NavbarItem/DropdownNavbarItem/Desktop/index.tsx, packages/docusaurus-theme-classic/src/theme/NavbarItem/DropdownNavbarItem/Mobile/index.tsx
Both dropdown components use the shared utility. They apply the parent active class when a child matches and the dropdown is collapsed.
Some dropdowns may show the wrong active highlight, including the website’s version dropdown. These are bounded visual issues, but should be corrected before merge if accurate navigation highlighting is required.

- Line 22: Update the dropdown child active matcher so `activeBaseRegex` takes
precedence over `activeBasePath` when both are set, matching `NavbarNavLink`
behavior; only use the path-prefix check when no regex is configured.
- Line 16: Update the `isSamePath` comparison to compare `localPathname` with
only the pathname portion of `item.to`, excluding any search and hash suffixes,
so links with query strings or anchors still highlight the active collapsed
parent.

Respect the parent’s disabled active state.
DocsVersionDropdownNavbarItem passes isActive: () => false when dropdownActiveClassDisabled is true. This new class bypasses that setting whenever a version child matches. The reviewed website enables the setting, so its version dropdown becomes highlighted on matching documentation pages despite the explicit opt-out. Keep the child-derived class disabled for that parent. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Compare the pathname portion of to.
DocsVersionDropdownNavbarItem appends the current search and hash values to each version link. On a documentation URL with an anchor, item.to can be /docs/page#section while localPathname is /docs/page. isSamePath then returns false, so the collapsed desktop parent loses the new highlight even when that child is active. Remove the search and hash suffix before comparing paths. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Give activeBaseRegex precedence over activeBasePath.
For a child with activeBaseRegex: '^/docs/v1/' and activeBasePath: '/docs', this branch reports the child active on /docs/v2/page after the regex fails. NavbarNavLink uses the regex instead ofactiveBasePath when both are set, so the child is inactive but the collapsed parent is highlighted. Apply the same precedence in this matcher.
