FMAlign2 v1.0

This is the executable file for FMAlign2 version 1.0. It includes separate versions for Windows and Linux, both available in 32-bit and 64-bit variants.

The 32-bit versions are suitable for most cases and can handle a wide range of data sizes. However, if you have extremely large datasets exceeding 2GB in size, you should use the 64-bit versions for optimal performance.
