Modularize Aura, APPL, and AAL languages - #172
Conversation
This commit modularizes the Aura, APPL, and AAL languages by moving them into a new `languages` directory. Each language is now a self-contained package. The Aura executor and interpreter have been refactored to remove the direct dependency on the HDL prover. The `agent_call_tool` functionality has been removed, and the executor is now a generic script runner. A new AAL module has been created with a parser and interpreter that can handle multi-document YAML files. The tests have been updated to reflect these changes, and all tests are passing. The `knowledge_core/symbols.json` file has also been updated to reflect the new file structure.
