Block disposable email addresses for document watching

Prevent disposable email addresses from being used across the product, including for document and dataroom viewing.

This addresses Linear issue PM-441 by introducing a centralized disposable email validator and integrating it into key user flows such as document/dataroom access, authentication, team invitations, and account updates, enhancing data quality and security.
