Dictionary tool to read Dict.cc dictionary files

Dictionary files are not included due to licensing, but can be downloaded for free from Dict.cc - download.

Requirements:

No installation required for starting:

Windows: Download Dict.Offline.jar or Dict.Offline.exe and simply double-click to start.

any other operating system: Download Dict.Offline.jar and run from command line using:

java -jar /Dict.Offline.jar

First start of Dict.Offline:

The software will not know the current path to the dictionary and will open a dialog that should be used to select the dictionary file (downloaded from dict.cc). Initializing of Dict.Offline taks a few seconds while the software indexes all translations.
