I tried to ensure the Alg function was similar to the pseudo-code in the textbook by writing helper functions and putting them below the main algorithm, although this formatting hides much of the implementation detail.
What are your thoughts on refactoring the python implementation to optionally take in the testdata/*.json files? I have not done json parsing in python, I would assume it's straight forward.
