Parent of this (d5dfd6a) contains the fixes to let it build with Boost 1.66+ on Mac OSX. Go ahead and click on the parent link above to see the changes. Binary available in releases, built on El Capitan; please test on Sierra and High Sierra and let me know how it goes.
