This pr fixes https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/DevDiv/_workitems/edit/2188061. Since the issue was in the content within a code block, I could not add a
tabindex=0to make it tabbable in the markdown file, so I adjusted the text, so it could flow to the next line and not need a scroll bar.
