This PR includes end-to-end integration tool for FHIR Data Ingestion called
FhirIngestion.Tools.FhirIngestion.Toolsis an open source project that enables conversion of health data from Parquet and/or CSV formats to FHIR format and pushing them to FHIR server.Three main stages help to have a successful data ingestion:
