Services table contains multiple entries for the same x_ResourceType
Resource types like microsoft.security/pricings appear multiple times in Services with different subcategories (Application Platforms, Containers, Security Posture Management, Virtual Machines), multiplying cost records 5x.
A first fix was implemented in PullRequest #1907.
