This PR updates the MCPB server icon filename from servericon.png to icon.png and replaces the icon binaries with upscaled 512×512 versions (previously 256×256), as required for onboarding to the Anthropic marketplace. This affects the Azure MCP Server, Fabric MCP Server, and Template MCP Server.

What does this PR do?
In order to get published on the Anthropic marketplace, we were given feedback to update the server icon filename from
servericon.pngtoicon.pngand upscale the icon resolution from 256x256 to 512x512.This PR handles both.
