Motivation and Context

This PR adds an ability to upload an image with a prompt.

So my upload image loads during page load but disappears after 1/2 second once the page finishes loading. Are there are prerequires to make this feature work?

If you leave the environment variable DATASOURCE_TYPE empty, the upload image icon remains in the chat without disappearing. At least what I have tested and it works to chat about images I upload.
