Feature request
Add an Agents Window task to the Windows taskbar jump list, alongside the existing New Window task.
Selecting it should launch VS Code with the existing --agents mode and open a new Agents Window. Both the jump-list task and the resulting Agents Window taskbar button should use the branded Agents icon so the window is visually distinct from a standard VS Code window.
Motivation
The Agents Window is a top-level VS Code surface, but opening it currently requires first opening VS Code and invoking the command or keyboard shortcut. Adding it to the taskbar jump list makes it directly accessible from the Windows shell. Giving the resulting window the same branded icon keeps its shell identity consistent and makes it easier to distinguish from ordinary VS Code windows.
Proposed behavior
Under the taskbar jump list's Tasks section, show:
- New Window
- Agents Window, using the branded Agents icon
The opened Agents Window should use the same branded icon for its Windows taskbar button.
