Our projects range a wide variety of biological applications, from synthetic biology to cancer biology, drug discovery, and biomarker identification. We have an ever growing team of collaborators around the world. News and Announcements

January 11, 2020. New work from Daniel Bojar on deep learning models to learn the language of glycans can now be seen on bioRxiv.

January 6, 2020. We are happy to announce that Dr. Rani Powers is joining the Predictive BioAnalytics team. Dr. Powers comes to us from the University of Colorado in Denver, where she did her Ph.D. with Dr. James Costello.

December 10, 2019. STORM (Sequence-based Toehold Optimization and Redesign Model) is a key element in Jackie Valeri and Katie Collins' new piece that is out on bioRxiv.
