Please reference: #39 for the specific details. In short, fixes breaking changes and protects against deprecation due to polybar updates 3.6 and 3.7 which break the behavior of this module.
I will continue maintaining this branch specifically for possible PR merge.
I'll continue to unofficially support this package against polybar updates moving forward, at least until I get feedback from the maintainers.

Thanks again to @mihirlad55 for all of your great work on this module! Working on this PR has motivated me to write my own polybar music module, but in a language I'm more unfamiliar with.
