  1. Workaround problem with lxcfs 

    Current versions of lxcfs report uptime without the milliseconds (.xx).
This commit works around this by using a function to get the uptime
seconds instead of doing this directly.
The added function get_uptime_seconds detects the uptime format and
returns the corresponding field.
