[kemonoparty] uses more unique entries for the sqlite3 archive to ensure that some revisions will not generate the same entry and thus skip their downloading

Just referencing the proposed commit that this PR used to reference, but which I subsequently deleted some time ago.

Placed here for reference only, in case someone finds it useful; since it cannot be merged due to breaking legacy settings, as mentioned in #7772.
