No prime tower with a single material print

Even with having multiple tools available, most of the time I print in a single material, needing only a single tool. It seems like the script is not generating a prime tower in this case.

Even though a real tower isn't needed (as no tools will be changed), I would expect a single-layer prime "tower" to prime the first tool once.
