Hi all,
we would like to enable Kebechet bot for this repository. To do so, requirement files need to be present in the root of the git repo. This PR moves the content of
mlcube/mlcubetomlcube/to make sure these requirements are met. See Kebechet documentation for more info.I'm also not sure with the purpose of this application. Do you want to have your requirements fully pinned down?
Also, I'm not familiar with the codebase. If there are any more places which need adjustment, please do let me know.
