utility class to invoke selector on instance at intervals and prevent NSTimer retain cycles

Usage

Start the pulse

[Pulse pulse:self every:1 withSelector:@selector(updateNetworkIndicator)];

Stop the pulse

[Pulse stopPulsing:self];
