Summary

Updates the Server Behavior example in the apps spec to use the registerAppTool helper instead of raw server.registerTool.

  • Shows proper import from @modelcontextprotocol/ext-apps/server
  • Uses RESOURCE_URI_META_KEY constant instead of literal string
  • Keeps server.registerTool for non-UI case (which doesn't need the helper)
