Have cut down to the current set of files we have/envision on having in this repo. Especially arbitrary xml files is not a good idea, as XML is not whitespace agnostic in general.

Check for trailing spaces in all text files, except *.svg, since they are generated/exported by some tool.
Same as in FMI: modelica/fmi-standard#2128
