feat: add pa-gr kernel source preset and Clang 22 source patches#8

Add kernel_source=pa-gr (pa-gr/android_kernel_xiaomi_sm8450 @ vauxite) as LOS-family GKI fragments + llvm-22.1.8. Wire matrix dropdown, naming, known-good pins, tests, and docs. Note in-tree KernelSU risk on vauxite.
- Add gated source_patches for pa-gr@vauxite (clidr={0}) under
patches/kernel-sources/pa-gr, applied only for that preset+ref
- Wire apply-kernel-source-patches.sh after kernel checkout
- Rename kernel_source preset pablo -> aosp-pablo (matches GitHub org)
- Docs + policy/unit tests for patches and rename
