"The ‘everything is everywhere’ framework: Holistic network analysis as a marine spatial
management tool", submitted to Ecological Informatics.

Connectivity analysis scripts for network metrics, community detection, and self-recruitment.
Code to process ERSEM output and assign primary productivity values to polygons.
Scripts for generating structured spatial grids and linking connectivity metrics.
