This PR prepares the current Florin devnet for a v2 upgrade!
When launching the devnet, it was assumed that this would not be long living, so the Noble Core Team didn't include the
x/upgrademodule. The upgrade module provided by the Cosmos SDK allows for smooth upgrades of a network without the need for a hard fork or a regenesis.Therefore, we need to manually set expected state by the upgrade module.
This is done via a EndBlock hook and a mock module.
