Fix ITV issues

Fix issue #227 for ITV check http post response is ok if not skip rtmp download and try hls and issue #225 subtitle for ITV.

Fix issue 224 Itv download

Fix issue #224 the fault returned by rtmp download changes only one was checked for, the others continued as if rtmp download was ok and didn't check for other download types. The match has been changed to find all failures and check for other download types on the rtmp failure.

Fix issues

github auto-generated source files can change generate a distribution file for OpenBSD.
Try::Tiny has a warning a stray __PACKAGE__ line needs removing when generating combined version.
The --raw option isn't off by default.
HLS download generate large volumes of output when converting ts to mp4, disable the warnings.

Minor search updates

Release for OpenBSD, includes minor search updates. Remove 4od as site searched, ITV search uses programme extracted from url, not the url. Allow more than words in search terms such as RE expressions.

ITV search and corrections

Add search to ITV site.

ITV with HLS AES-128 support

Quality selection warnings fixed.
Added -t --type option with hls or rtmp for ITV. Allow only looking for HLS or RTMP downloads, rather than looking for RTMP then HLS. Needed productionid setting moving.
This is only for testing, subtitle to be checked.

ITV with HLS AES-128 support

For testing only release HLS AES-128 for Itv.pm support added. Needs command line options as ITV not consistent in making downloads available in any given format, and sub-titles may not work yet for HLS.

ITV HLS downloads initial work

This is work in progress only for ITV using extended HLS download - not working yet.
