  • adds a CI workflow to test that
    • eif-cli rust code compiles
    • init.c entrypoint compiles
    • we can build a simple EIF (although we don't try to boot it or anything)
    • we can reproduce PCR0 of the EIF above
  • adds the checks to outputs.checks related to building this test EIF above
